The prices are stated in SEK incl. VAT. An order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you enter when placing the order. We ask you to check your order confirmation to make sure that everything is correct, if you find something wrong, please email us within 24 hours at kontakt@nxtbrickwall.se.

Delivery: All deliveries are made via Schenker and to the agent closest to your postcode.

Delivery time: approx. 3-7 working days, some deviations may occur within certain countries/postcode areas
Delivery: All deliveries are made via Schenker parcel (transporter GLS)

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
NXTBrickwall is responsible for damages incurred during transport and delivery to you as a customer. In the event of damage to the package, send us an email within 24 hours to kontakt@nxtbrickwall.se with pictures and text of what is damaged and the order number. When we have received your email, an assessment is made as to whether any replacement products should be sent out.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In case of canceled purchase, this must be reported to us via email to kontakt@nxtbrickwall.se or fill the cancellation form which you can find HERE.
The item must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date in undamaged condition in the original packaging to Johpomek AB, Industrigatan 16, 28350 Osby. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Reimbursement takes place after receipt minus our shipping cost.
